Send enough context for a useful first response: installation environment, envelope, internal equipment, heat load, destination market and required date.
Our application desk routes enclosure questions to specification or distributor support. Product availability, drawings, ratings and approvals must be confirmed for the selected model.
For an environmental review, describe whether the cabinet is indoors or outdoors and identify dust, spray, washdown, corrosive agents, solar loading and ambient extremes. Mention sanitation routines or classified-location boundaries when relevant. These details help distinguish a basic dimensional request from an application that needs material, gasket, climate-control or formal compliance review.
For a configuration review, attach the equipment layout or list the largest installed components. Include mounting-panel requirements, conductor bend space, door-mounted devices, hinge preference, cable-entry zones and maintenance access. If cooling equipment is under consideration, provide estimated internal watts, duty cycle and desired internal temperature rather than naming a cooling method alone.

Use the project-requirements field for the enclosure type or series under consideration, dimensional limits and destination market. If a requirement is not yet known, label it as open instead of estimating. The first response will focus on missing decision inputs, appropriate document references and the route to a model-level quotation.
